It heated once and hasn’t worked since. Anyway, in the 8th month, one of my chambers died. I was disappointed, but I understand that these things have a lifespan similar to a disposable lighter. The more you use it, the faster it degrades into a worthless piece of garbage. With that being said, I am not calling this pen a worthless piece of garbage.

This seems like fraud to me, and many others. But don’t remain silent about it, post complaints on forums everywhere, report them to the BBB and Attorney General in your State and New York. That is how you stop shady businesses like this, and they may end up in jail if they’ve been bad enough. I am an original PAX user, 1 and 2, and picked up the 3 version for rosin.

For most efficient use, load a single use amount (.2g or .3g) onto the dart, put pen in “Sesh mode,” use until chamber is empty. Hold pen vertically to ensure contents heat efficiently. When the battery is low, vapor production may be reduced. A full battery will provide the best result. A variety of substances and consistencies can be used in the Puffco Plus, as long as they are not super runny, sappy or in liquid form. The last one I got lasted less than a month. I might as well save my money and buy a higher quality pen that I don’t have to pour money into all year long. Contacted Puffco and was told is was not under warranty because we loaded the chamber to try to use it..

Complete and utter waste of money if you can’t use it. The first chamber failed to fire up anymore. I recently bought a Puffco Plus while I was in Brooklyn. It worked great for the first couple of weeks. Went to use it while I was at a Method Man, Redman, Snoop Dogg, Berner, and Cypress Hill concert and it didn’t work. The ceramic chambers seem to go bad pretty quickly as a lot of other people seem to be having the same issue.
